We are located in Denver, Colorado, in the United States. If you are in our area you are welcome to stop by the factory and see our products and/or pick up what you need.

Many of our products are stock items and can be picked up or shipped out immediately.

Tramp Master gladly accepts all major credit cards.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are FOB Tramp Master factory in Denver, Colorado, USA unless marked otherwise.

If you are in the Denver area, delivery and set-up services are available.

Small items are usually shipped by Fed Ex Ground, large items are shipped by LTL truck.

Stock items will ship within 1-2 days of the date of order.

RECEIVING SHIPMENTS

Inspect all shipments for damages and shortages BEFORE you sign anything!!

Tramp Master is not responsible for any shipping damagesor shortages and shipping claims need to be filed directly by the customer with the shipping/freight company in a timely fashion. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all packages and goods prior to signing the shipping receipt, bill of lading or packing slips.  If any items are missing or damaged in any way it is the customer’s responsibility to either refuse the items or accept the damaged items with hand written notes regarding damage or missing items.   TAKE PICTURES of all damages.

If you are receiving a freight shipment make sure that the bill of lading matches exactly what you are receiving. Count all pieces and open packages if necessary in front of driver. RETURN POLICY

Products may be returned to Tramp Master under the following conditions.

Merchandise returned unused with in 10 days of receipt shall be charged a 15% restocking fee
Merchandise returned unused after 10 days of receipt shall be charged a 25% restocking fee
Merchandise must be returned with in 30 days of purchase and accompanied by the original receipt.
Customers must obtain a return authorization number prior to returning merchandise
Customer will be responsible for all freight charges on returned merchandise.
